Completely oil-free, 100% duty cycle scroll air compressor (certified by German TUV-CLASS 0)
Ideal for any application requiring completely clean, dry air. Ideal for manufacturing, instrumentation, pharmaceutical production, laboratories, and more.
High-quality sound insulation cotton and door panels:
Noise at 52 dBA allows for work near a compressor; about the same as having a quiet conversation at home. Rigid steel frame with powder-coated panels lined with acoustic insulation; vibration isolators reduce noise
Integral air-cooled aftercooler design:
Cools compressed air so that water droplets condense from the air flow, resulting in dry air
airend:
Allows maintenance to be performed from the front of the pump, cutting repair time in half
Main bearings are constructed of durable cast iron to prevent bearing race wear and premature failure
Tip seal design:
Highest flow rates and longer life than any other dry scroll compressor
Equipped with air storage tank inside the casing
Rated to 116 PSI, maximum operating pressure 116 PSI, with safety relief valve and manual tank drain
Intuitive controls for easy operation: automatic stop/start, high temperature shutdown indicator, timer and pressure gauge
